We're glad you asked! Our initial 30-minute interviews usually consist of 3 parts:
- We introduce Ternoa and the role
- We ask you some questions about your professional background, strengths, availability, etc.
- You ask us any questions you might have
It's pretty standard stuff!
We recommend you spend time on our company website and our social media accounts to get an idea of what we're working on.
And of course, be ready to clearly explain what you can contribute to the role and to Ternoa in general.
We interview tons of candidates for many different roles. And we're looking for people that stand out.
That being said, please relax and be yourself. We're all just human after all!
